Beautiful event room seats up to 65 for a class.

State of the art sound and 80" HDTV with surround sound. Microphone and stand included.

In the first month we were open, we had already hosted a wedding, a retreat, 2 classes, a movie premiere and a private party! A pilot for a sitcom was also filmed entirely on site too!

The event room is perfect for small parties and classes!

 

NOTES:

Included is a full kitchen (with full sized appliances). Dishes/silverware not provided.

Standard Rate
$85-205/day

Within 2 weeks of a date if the room is still availble, it may be rented hourly. The standard rate is $15/hour for weekdays (3 hr minimum). Special rates are offered to those wishing to teach recurring classes or to those who have used our facility before.

Rent includes the use of the room and up to 20 chairs and 1 table.

A $35 set up/training fee is charged if you wish to use the sound/video system.

A $50 cleaning deposit is required and is refunded upon completion of the cleaning list (bathroom, kitchen, floors, etc must all be clean).
