The rates seem too low. Too good to be true?
We love this question because we get to delight the asker by explaining that yes, our rates really are much lower than the other local options. We can do this because of several reasons:
-We ask that all bookings have a paid deposit so we do not have no-shows have to be re-absorbed.
-We are a locally owned business that can cut costs dramatically by strategic buying and leveraging and opreating lean.
-Our guests respect our suites and we rarely have damage.
Yes, the pictures on this website are truly the pictures of the suites! We pride ourselves in having beautiful and affordable accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our policy is subject to change, and when you book, you will be given the opportunity to review our cancellation policy before making the reservation firm.
Cancel more than 30 days before a reservation = Full refund except for non-refundable $200 booking deposit.
If we can rebook your suite(s), a full or partial refund will be made less a processing fee.
Cancel less than 30 days before a reservation = No refund.
What is the deposit?
The deposit is charged when you first make the booking. The amount depends on your length of stay and goes towards your total bill.
Is an online reservation safe?
COMPLETELY. After you enter your reservation, it is reviewed by the head manager before your card is even charged. If you qualify for additional discounts that the website did not give you (week rate, etc), the manager will add this for you. We have our online reservation system to facilitate easy bookings and to allow guests to check rates in real-time. We encourage you to use the system, but please don't hesitate to call if you have ANY questions!
What if the booking engine doesn’t calculate my discount?
If you make a reservation online and the booking engine doesn’t add the discount, rest assured that we will do it for you. The manager personally processes each and every reservation. If you are due a discount, your reservation will be adjusted, and you’ll receive a new confirmation.
Can I temporarily hold the room while I confirm with my wife/husband/friend/boss?
All rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. If you call, we can give you a pretty good idea if the suite is/will be in high demand during your travel dates.
What is the cleaning fee/set-up fee for? Hotels don't charge a cleaning fee!
Hotels factor these costs into their overall rate and typically their guests stay only one or two nights. We want to reward long-term guests by having low nightly rates. This is how we ensure our costs are covered when guests only stay a few nights. Please note that if we must move you to a different suite because of a black-out, you will not pay an additional fee. If you opt to move between suites of your own free will, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee for each move.

Do you offer tours?
Our guests' privacy is very important to us. We do not give tours of occupied suites. We're sorry that this may be an inconvenience, but rest assured when you stay with us, we'll protect your privacy as well. You may request a tour of a suite while it is being cleaned after a reservation ends. Please call us to arrange this.
